Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and payments must be made by the parent or guardian.
• Keep your account secure. Do not lend, transfer or sell your account. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you.

2. Memberships and payments

• Memberships renew automatically every month, quarter or year, and you are charged before each period ends until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your membership stays active until the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled in Apple's or Google's subscription settings, and refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.
• Membership benefits include usage allowances that refresh on a schedule. Different models and effort levels use the allowance at different rates. When it runs out, you can buy a boost pack or a full reset, or pay as you go.
• The price shown is the price you pay (your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees). Limited-time offers return to the regular price when they end.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, membership periods that have started and Star Coins that have been used are non-refundable.

3. Star Coins (✦)

• Star Coins are virtual credits used inside the Service to pay for AI usage and services. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred and earn no interest.
• Coupons and promotional Star Coins may be limited in scope and time, as stated in each promotion.

4. AI-generated content

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; use your own judgment. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.
• Traditional-culture content such as astrology and fortune readings is for cultural reference and entertainment only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
• To the extent the law allows, you hold the rights to the content you submit and the AI output you receive, and you are responsible for how you use them. You give us the permission needed to process that content to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Creating or spreading illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate, violence, harassment, fraud, or content that infringes others' rights;
• Writing malware, attacking systems, bypassing usage or payment limits, mass registration or automated abuse;
• Reselling or impersonating the Service without permission (except use of the API platform under its own terms);
• Violating the usage policies of the model providers you use.

If you see inappropriate content, tap "Report" under the answer. We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate the accounts involved.

6. Changes to the Service

We continually update models, features and prices, and we may pause some features for maintenance or because of changes at upstream providers. We will try to give advance notice of major changes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. In a dispute, both parties will first try to resolve it in good faith.
