Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information 7-Star Illuminati (ZhenBai.ONE, "we") collects when you use the zhenbai.one website, LongHua Tree ASI and our other apps (together, the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and nickname. If you sign in with a third-party account such as Google, we receive the email address and basic profile that service provides.
- Content you submit: your prompts, uploaded images and files, wishes, and the AI-generated answers, images and conversation history.
- Transaction information: the amount, plan, time and order number of top-ups and subscriptions. Cards are processed directly by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments and OxaPay; we never see or store full card numbers. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and we only receive a purchase receipt.
- Usage information: the models you use, usage amounts, timestamps and error logs, used for billing, usage limits and reliability.
- Device and network information: IP address (only an irreversible hash is kept for abuse prevention), browser or device type, and the country or region inferred from your IP (used to choose language and prices).
- Local storage: your sign-in session, language and theme settings are kept in your browser's storage on your device. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: generate AI answers, keep your conversation history and sync your settings.
- To process payments, membership benefits and usage limits.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and illegal content, and to keep accounts and systems secure.
- To respond to your support requests and reports.
- To measure and improve the product (using aggregated data).
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
3. Third-party AI providers
To answer you, the content you submit (your prompt, uploaded images or files, and the conversation context needed) is sent through APIs to the third-party AI company that serves the model you chose. These may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, NVIDIA (which hosts open models such as Kimi, DeepSeek and FLUX), Zhipu AI, and model-access services such as Vercel AI Gateway. Each company processes the data under its own API terms.
We ask for your permission the first time you use an AI feature. Please do not include ID numbers, card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in your prompts.
4. Other service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and security.
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Stripe, NOWPayments, OxaPay, Apple and Google: payment processing.
- Email delivery services: sign-in codes and service notices.
These providers may process data only to provide services to us. We may disclose information to authorities where the law requires it or to protect the safety of users and the public.
5. Retention and deletion
- Conversations are kept until you delete them in the app or delete your account. You can delete any conversation at any time.
- After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and content within 30 days. Transaction records we must keep by law (such as tax and accounting records) are kept for the legally required period.
- To delete your account: app menu → "Delete Account", or visit Delete Account.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw your consent to third-party AI processing (AI features will then stop working). If you live in California, the EU, the UK or another region with privacy laws, you have the additional rights those laws give you. We do not sell personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact us through Support; we reply within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Users aged 13 to 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission, and paid features must be purchased by the parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security and international transfers
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and encrypted key storage. Our servers and providers may be located in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the place where you live.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the Service of material changes. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the updated policy.
