Delete Account

You can ask to delete your ZhenBai.ONE Passport account at any time (LongHua Tree ASI and ZhenBai.ONE share the same account).

How to request deletion

In the app: open the menu → "Delete Account" → confirm.
On the web: sign in at zhenbai.one/AI and open the menu → "Delete Account"; or enter your account email below and we will email you to confirm it is you before we proceed.

Deleted: your profile, conversations, wishes, generated images, API keys and preferences.
Kept: transaction and invoice records we must keep by law, deleted when the legal period ends.
Remaining Star Coins and membership time are forfeited and cannot be restored. Cancel any auto-renewing subscription first (App Store or Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in your phone's settings).
We complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you by email.
